Life is meant
to be more than survival mode

Hi. I'm Miki. I create emotionally safe experiences that move women beyond survival mode to connection, courage, rest, and community.

Step out of survival mode and into life.

Survival mode teaches us to hide, perform, and protect ourselves. Emotional safety gives us permission to reconnect with who we are and how we want to live. From there, we heal deeper, share boldly,  abandon old patterns and reclaim the joy we were always meant to inherit.

Emotional Safety Changes Everything

Through every experience Miki Grace creates moments that interrupt survival mode and help women build fuller, more connected lives.

You no longer have to

HIDE

TONE IT DOWN

PERFORM

DOUBT

OVERGIVE

STAY

FEAR

SURVIVE

Emotional Safety Changes Everything

Survival mode teaches us to hide, perform, and protect ourselves. Emotional safety gives us permission to reconnect with who we are and how we want to live. From there, we heal deeper, share boldly,  abandon old patterns and reclaim the joy we were always meant to inherit.

Here, women don't have to:

  • Hide parts of themselves

  • Perform to be seen

  • Tone down to be tolerated

  • Prove their worth

When WOMEN DO LIFE TOGETHER things change.

WHEN WOMEN feel seen we BUILD BETTER

Miki Grace signature events, small group programs, and digital community offers  women the emotional safety to say what’s real, be a genius and just a girl, ask for help, and never feel like only a single version of us is acceptable.

My community model aims to support women's growth without conditions so we can build what’s next from a place of authenticity, not external pressure or approval seeking.

Behavioral patterns, survival mode,  limiting beliefs and relational trauma blocks women from starting and taking our life and legacy to the next level more frequently than anything.

Through guided practices, learning series and personal storytelling Miki Grace helps women turn wounds into healing wisdom and healing wisdom into the business clarity you need to grow.

JOY is the best

Building an Authentic BRAND story

The strongest personal brands aren't created, they're lived.

We believe your greatest story isn't the one you post, it's the one you live every day. Our experiences help women cultivate meaningful relationships, embrace new experiences, and build lives so authentic that their personal brand becomes a natural reflection of who you are.

ATTEND AN EVENT

Experience the magic

Miki Grace signature series are more than events.

They’re living stories.

Each experience I curate is pulled from the pages of her life and reimagined as innovative space for collective healing, joy, and vision. Women who attend show up to a room that mirrors their complexity, honors their growth, and holds space for who they’re becoming.  Attendees leave nourished, energized, connected and inspired to live the legacy they want to leave.

See for yourself what happens when a room is created with that much memory, magic and intention.

Here's to living fully.

I used to think a meaningful life was built by being productive,  accessible, seen, and constantly showing up for everyone else.

But beneath it all, I was living in survival mode.

My healing journey taught me that life isn't transformed by what we accomplish alone. It's transformed by the spaces we create, the stories we tell, and the courage to live as our full selves.

Today, I'm a Black queer storyteller, Communications Director, creative partner, and M.Div. student at Gammon Theological Seminary. My lived experiences shape the way I tell stories, build community, and create spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves.

Whether I'm helping culture shaping leaders tell stories that move people, creating experiences like Summer Sit Down, or building community, my purpose remains the same: to create experiences that help women step out of survival mode and into lives rooted in connection, courage, and joy.

I believe the strongest personal brands aren't created. They're lived. That's why everything I build is designed to help women cultivate lives that feel as good as they look, because the most compelling story you'll ever tell is the one you actually live.
